You don't need more information. You need a clearer mind.
Most of us are carrying a lot. A head full of noise. A to do list that never ends. A low grade hum of stress that we've started to think is just who we are.
We try to manage it from the outside, better routines, more discipline, the next book, the next app. Some of it helps for a while. But the noise comes back, because we've been working on the wrong end of the problem.
This immersion points to something simpler, and far more freeing: the feeling of your life is coming from the inside, not the outside. When you really see how that works, not as an idea, but as a felt experience, something settles. The over thinking loosens its grip. You stop being at the mercy of every passing mood. And the calm, capable person underneath all that noise comes back online.
That's what these two days are for.

What you'll walk away with
This is an experiential experience designed to shift how you feel from the ground up. People leave with:
-
A quieter mind. Less mental noise, less rumination, more space to actually think.
-
Steadiness under pressure. The same challenges, met with far less reactivity.
-
Real resilience. Not clenching your teeth, but a natural bounce back you can feel in your body.
-
Clarity in the chaos. Better decisions, made from a settled place rather than a frantic one.
-
Warmer relationships. Less defensiveness, more presence, more genuine connection, at home and beyond.
-
A way back to calm that you can find again on your own, long after the weekend ends.
These aren't promises plucked from the air. Immersions and programmes built on this same understanding have been studied formally, and participants consistently report meaningful drops in anxiety and low mood alongside lasting gains in confidence, emotional steadiness, resilience and connection. changes that hold up months and years later.
What the two days are like?
We keep it spacious on purpose. A quiet mind doesn't arrive on a packed agenda.
You'll move between three kinds of experience, woven together across the two days:
Seeing how it works. Through honest conversation, reflection and a few simple, surprising explorations, you'll start to notice the moving parts of your own experience, how thinking shapes feeling, and how feeling shapes the world you see. This is where the insights happen. Not because we tell you what to think, but because you see it for yourself.
Dropping into the body. Alongside the understanding, you'll be guided through gentle presencing and somatic practices that bring you out of your head and into the present moment. This is where the understanding stops being clever and starts being real, felt in the nervous system, not just grasped in the mind.
Resting and connecting. Time in nature. Quiet. Real conversation with people who are exploring the same thing. The kind of unhurried space most of us never give ourselves.
You don't need any background in this. You don't need to be "good at meditation." You don't need to share anything you don't want to. You just need to show up.

Who is this for?
This is accesible to everyone. We've deliberately built it for the community.
It's for you if:
Your mind feels busy, tired or stuck, and you'd like some genuine space.
You're moving through a transition, work, relationship, health, identity and want to meet it with more clarity.
You sense there's a calmer, more capable version of you under the stress, and you'd like to spend time there.
You're curious about the inside out understanding and want to feel it for yourself, not just read about it.
You simply want two grounded, nourishing days with good people in a beautiful place.
No experience required. Just curiosity and an open mind.
Your guides
James Brett is a coach, mentor and facilitator who has spent more than twenty five years exploring and understanding human potential. He loves to work with people at turning points, and see and uncover our inner potential.
Lisa Crawford brings the work into the body. Through presencing and somatic practice, she helps people move out of their heads and into the felt, grounded present, the place where real change actually lands.
Together they hold a warm, calm, high quality space, with plenty of individual attention thanks to a deliberately small group.

Investment
We've priced this to honour the work and keep it within reach of the community.
Standard place - $395 per person Two full days of facilitation with James and Lisa, all materials, the shared-table experience, and a short follow-up conversation a few weeks afterwards to help the insights bed in.
Bring-a-friend — $360 each when you book as a pair.
Supported places. We hold a small number of reduced cost places for anyone for whom the full fee is a genuine barrier. If that's you, just reach out, no awkward conversation required.
Numbers are limited and these days tend to fill through word of mouth.
