Julianne C · Living Well, Nambucca Heads Library, 2026
"It was a wonderful experience and the info can change lives, wish there was lot more places in our local community to attend, more of the same"
Jennifer C · Living Well, Nambucca Heads Library, 2026
"I felt the practices were helpful, practical and appreciated them. I wonder if this workshop could also be offered in Bellingen, where I live and also a version of it for the young people. It's important for them. Thank you."

Your hosts, James & Lisa
James Brett spent 25 years leading teams in business before turning full time to coaching and facilitation. His work rests on the inside out understanding of how the mind works to bring clarity, connection and calm, conscious relating, and an everyday discipline of presence.
Lisa Crawford spent many years in corporate environments, also leading teams. She now finds her purpose, a greater joy and presence in her work as a somatic facilitator. She also shares James's understanding of how the mind works and focuses on bringing her clients into a deep state of peace through body based awareness practices.
