At Oasis Within, we work from the inside out, helping you understand the principles behind how your mind works and how your experience is actually being generated, moment to moment, by the activity of your own mind.

The place
We host people here, at our sanctuary, nestled between the ocean and the rainforest, on the Mid North Coast. Sub tropical gardens, a fire circle to gather, a sauna, natural plunge, places to be present, room to move and room to be still.
We also hold spaces online - coaching sessions, couples sessions, and conversations with people across Australia and internationally.
