Service Description

Experience a Gong Fu style tea ceremony with the King of Pur Erh’s tea to calm the mind, balance the meridians and prepare the body for a Caligraphy Health Practice. Following the sacred tea ceremony there will be movement based on the ancient practice of Caligraphy Health which fuses Qi Gong, Nei Gong, Tai Chi, and flowing caligraphy movements. This will cultivate energy, balance, vitality and support the bodies natural healing. The journey integrates body, mind, and spirit, enhancing overall wellbeing through gentle movement and meditation.
